Equipment Sales Representative – JCB Division
Build and own your territory by prospecting for new business, developing customer relationships, conducting equipment demonstrations, and closing equipment sales and rental opportunities across construction, industrial, and related industries.

Rental Sales Representative - WeRent
Grow rental revenue by prospecting local job sites, developing repeat B2B rental accounts, and matching customers with the right equipment and fleet solutions. Own your territory, plan your customer visits, and build your book of business.

Service Sales Representative – Operations
Get out in the field, visit customer jobsites, identify opportunities for equipment, parts, and service, and work closely with our parts and service teams to help customers keep their equipment running. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys equipment and wants to build a career in sales.

Equipment Sales Representative – Inside Sales
Start your sales career in a structured environment with extensive coaching and mentorship. Qualify inbound leads, prospect new business, identify customer needs, and prepare proposals and quotations across our equipment, parts, and service offerings—with a clear path toward outside or territory sales.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT HERE

• Build the Pipeline: Prospect for new business, qualify leads, follow up on opportunities, and develop a strong book of customers.
• Sell Solutions: Understand customer needs and recommend the right equipment, rental, parts, and service solutions.
• Build Relationships: Develop long-term B2B relationships and become a trusted resource for your customers.
• Win the Business: Prepare proposals and quotations, conduct equipment demonstrations, negotiate, and close opportunities.
• Keep Learning: Develop your knowledge of equipment, customer applications, and the industries we serve.

• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with earning potential of $70,000–$120,000+ in applicable sales roles.
