Logistics Associate

We're expanding our European Control Tower in Wroclaw to support a global leader in industrial manufacturing as it transforms its international supply chain.

Working as part of a dedicated Control Tower team, you'll coordinate international transportation across road, ocean and intermodal freight while using advanced transportation technology, SAP and digital logistics platforms. You'll collaborate with colleagues, carriers and manufacturing sites across Europe and globally, helping ensure products move efficiently while continuously improving logistics performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Support transportation planning, shipment execution and documentation while learning global Control Tower operations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support road and ocean transportation execution.

·       Maintain shipment information within SAP and Transportation Management Systems.

·       Prepare Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.

·       Support carrier bookings using customer and carrier platforms.

·       Monitor shipment milestones and escalate exceptions.

·       Support freight invoice validation and operational reporting.

·       Follow Standard Operating Procedures and identify improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

·       SAP or ERP exposure

·       Transportation Management Systems

Compensation Range

zł52,600.00 - zł105,400.00
