ABOUT THE POSITION

The Sales Operations team is looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst for our Canada Headquarters located in London, Ontario.

Reporting to the Sr. Sales Operations Manager, the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will help to accelerate digital commerce with key wholesale partners by providing enriched assets which will ensure best in class product representation

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

• Deliver a cohesive, premium brand experience by providing product copy, tech sheets, and images to key wholesale partners.
• Communicate and manage seasonal MAP policies across all wholesale accounts for Columbia, SOREL, and Mountain Hardwear. Monitor MAP compliance and maintain the authorized online partner list for Canada.
• Manage vendor agreement processes, partnering with internal stakeholders and legal.
• Ensure all active vendor agreements remain current for key wholesale partners.
• Maintain and update internal policy documentation, including New Account Setup packages, Standard Terms of Sale, Online Retail Agreements, and routing/packaging guides.
• Lead the development and enforcement of Marketplace Policies for the Columbia, SOREL, and Mountain Hardwear brands in Canada, ensuring consistency and protection of brand standards across digital channels.

YOU ARE 

• Skilled in word processing and spreadsheet applications, with specific focus on Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook). 
• Able to troubleshoot, problem solve and develop creative solutions for complex issues.
• Able to work effectively under deadline pressure and to adjust to constantly changing work environment.

YOU HAVE

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Five to eight years’ experience in a business environment, preferably with sales tool experience. 
• Excellent excel skills are a necessity.
