Weekend Production Trainer

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Weekend Production Trainer to join the El Paso, TX team!

The hourly rate for this position is $22.36 plus $2 Shift Differential per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive plan.

Shift: 6:00am-6:45pm, Friday-Sunday

## Position Overview:

In this function you will:

• Support site-wide training programs for all hourly production employees. Programs may include, but are not limited to on-the-job training, classroom training, and assisting in the hiring and onboarding process
• Collaborate with functional leaders on facilitating and implementing cross-training throughout the facility as well as focusing on the manning strategy to ensure all areas are covered
• Assist training coordinator as needed to update training records, develop/update training content, and ensure training compliance
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge by cross training in different areas
• Act as a subject matter expert in CPA processes and flex into production as needed
• Lead by example in areas such as safety, Eaton’s leadership attributes, initiative, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and product knowledge
• Participate and lead continuous initiatives and support other projects as needed.

## Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience conducting production training.

Preferred:

• 2 or more years of manufacturing experience.
• 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• 1 or more years supporting on-the-job production training.
