Your future contribution

In this role, you will lead the financial planning, performance monitoring, and cross-entity coordination for our myHomeToGo business unit. Your work will directly support our executive leadership and central finance teams, serving as the essential bridge between operational units (including Amivac, HomeToGo, Escapada Rural and Feries) and Central FP&A. By translating complex operational dynamics into actionable financial guidance, you will unlock full financial clarity and ensure sustainable growth across our key European markets.

How you’ll add value

• Establish and deliver monthly company-level performance reporting and weekly team-level reviews to provide clear visibility into unit performance.

• Coordinate financial planning, and controlling for regional entities, including consolidated forecast documents and analyses within the first quarter.

• Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Sales Managers, and Regional Directors in Italy and Spain to build ad-hoc business case assessments and cost optimization models.

• Foster data accuracy and alignment by collaborating closely with Accounting and Central FP&A on monthly reconciliations and general ledger integrity.

• Conduct actual vs. expectation variance analyses to identify root causes and recommend course-corrective actions to executive management.

You’ll be successful in this role if you

• Demonstrate 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, entity-level budgeting, complex forecasting, and cross-functional coordination within an international environment.

• Build robust business case models and translate raw operational data into structured, executive-ready presentations.

• Execute precise variance analyses and general ledger data reconciliations in close coordination with accounting teams.

• Adapt quickly to shifting business unit dynamics, demonstrating high agility in fast-paced scale-up environments.

• Leverage modern digital tools and AI applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Lucanet, or automated reporting workflows) to optimize day-to-day FP&A tasks.
