Supervisor- Customer Services

.To lead daily coordination of specific account . To work closely with diferent parties (customers, suppliers, warehouse subcontractors and truckers) indelivering excellent warehouse services * Perform the order processing for inbound and outbound shipments in terms of communication, scheduling,control, compliance and archiving . Handle shipment and prepare necessary documentation to the customer, freight forwarders and otherconcerned parties Compile various reports (operational, KPl or management related) on predefined schedule .Focus on KPl and ensure the work is complying with SOP requirement "Perform timely system updates , Assist in new projects for existing client expansion, new client proposal or new clients operation iaunchCoordinate and monitor all the subcontractors’ performance and immediate follow up for service failure Required experience 8 skills: Good customer services skill, a detailed and focus mindSatisfactory interpersonal and communication skills Collaboration and influencing skills
