Description
Our client is a 5* Resort with +/- 100 rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• 5* & leisure resort experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management
• Overseas experience is a preferred
• Strong knowledge of revenue strategy, pricing, yield and inventory management
• Good understanding of hotel distribution channels, OTA, GDS and direct booking channels
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, revenue analysis and performance reporting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of Reservations operations and room inventory
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Able to train, motivate and develop the team
• Strong focus on maximizing room revenue and occupancy
• Works well under pressure, takes initiative, is independent
• Strategic, proactive and results oriented
• Excellent English, both spoken and written
• Computer literate
• Hands on
