About the Job:
We are looking for an energetic, attentive Busier or Bar-back and food runner attendant who is committed to providing a high-quality experience to our customers.
We have a couple of positions open for am or pm shifts full-time or part-time.
Requirements:
- Be able to work Friday and Saturday Sunday am or nights.
- The ability to lift heavy weights, attention to detail, teamwork, multitasking, and good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- The Bar-back's responsibilities include backing up bartenders.
- Required tasks such as maintaining stocks, changing kegs, collecting empty glasses, maintaining the cleanliness of the Bar and Lounge area, ensuring there is plenty of clean glassware, and re-stocking ice.
- To succeed you should be friendly, proactive, and efficient.
- Interacting with customers, running food orders for bartenders and Cocktail Servers.
- Cleaning and clearing tables.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items, and sweeping and mopping.
- Learning about food and beverages, such as wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Taking inventory of supplies and ingredients.
