Adventure ABA, LLC in Phoenix is hiring full-time Behavior Therapists / Autism Support Specialists who are ready to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fun and collaborative environment. Every day is different, and every moment matters.

Pay: $18-$28/hour

Your Role:

• Support children in reaching developmental goals through play-based learning

• Implement behavior plans with creativity and empathy

• Maintain accurate session notes and communicate progress

• Participate in team meetings and celebrate client achievements

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)

• Willingness to drive up to 35 miles between sessions

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in floor-based play

• CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
