What experience is required for this position?
- Proven experience as a Receiver in a Warehouse
- Inventory Management
- Loading/Unloading Trucks
- Experience operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, cherry pickers, etc.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Key Information:
- Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Receiving Clerk:
- Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or packing slips to ensure accuracy of goods received.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report findings and coordinate returns or exchanges with suppliers.
- Efficiently sort, label, and store received items in designated storage areas while maintaining an organized and safe working environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems or inventory software to update and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely load and unload and move goods within the warehouse.
- Perform regular inventory counts and participate in periodic inventory audits to support accurate stock management.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks that require repetitive motions.
- Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
