The Role: As AVP – Talent Acquisition (Experienced Hires), you will own the mid-to-senior hiring mandate across BXRE's portfolio companies (portcos), functioning as a trusted talent partner to business leaders and HR counterparts across multiple entities. You'll drive full-cycle recruiting for specialized, high-impact roles — finance, asset management, operations, technology, and corporate functions — while building the operating discipline that scales with demand.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end recruiting for experienced-hire mandates (IC to Sr AVP level) across BXRE portcos
• Senior stakeholder management — building credibility with business heads, portco CEOs, CFOs, and functional leaders
• Demand planning and pipeline health — maintaining real-time visibility through Workday Recruiting and metrics dashboards
• SLA adherence, offer closure, and candidate experience — owning the process from JD sign-off to Day 1
• Market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to inform sourcing strategy and offer positioning
• Agency and vendor management — driving accountability on quality, turnaround, and cost-per-hire
• Cross-portco coordination to identify redeployment opportunities and reduce external spend
• Partnering with People Tech on Workday configuration, requisition governance, and reporting
  

What Makes You Right for This

• 15+ years of talent acquisition experience, with significant time spent in a high-volume, multi-entity, or GCC environment
• Deep functional expertise across corporate hiring — finance, legal, technology, operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence and without hand-holding
• Strong Workday Recruiting proficiency — you configure, you report, you troubleshoot
• Metrics-first mindset — you track time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion, and you act on the data
• Sharp communicator — executive-ready in writing and in the room
• Proven offer closure track record, including competing offers and counter-offer scenarios
• Experience in private equity, real estate, financial services, or professional services preferred
• Bengaluru-based; comfortable with global time zones for portco coordination
