Description
Do you enjoy turning data into decisions and value working alongside a team to make operations run better? We’re looking for a Process Engineering Analyst to join our engineering team at our Brampton, ON distribution center.
In this role, you’ll partner with engineers, analysts, and operational stakeholders to analyze distribution center processes and performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the projects that bring those improvements to life. This is an onsite role based at our Brampton DC.

What you’ll do:
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify optimization and continuous improvement opportunities across DC processes.
Perform detailed analysis of operational performance metrics (e.g. throughput, units per hour, fill rate, cycle time) to surface trends and root causes.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish work standards and measure process efficiency.
Develop process maps and gather project requirements in partnership with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Support the planning and implementation of major projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Translate analysis into clear recommendations for operational and leadership audiences.
Support forecasting and quantitative simulation work for capacity, labor, and process planning.
What we’re looking for:
1+ years of experience in process engineering, supply chain analytics, or equivalent co-op/internship experience.
Proficiency in Excel and experience querying large relational datasets using SQL. VBA and/or Python are an asset.
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Statistics, MS Visio.
Experience working cross-functionally in an agile project environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to operational and leadership stakeholders.
A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
Nice to have:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Familiarity with warehouse or labor management systems (e.g. Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Exacta).
Experience with AutoCAD for facility and space analysis.
Financial acumen, ability to perform cost benefit analysis to support and prioritize initiatives.
