Your tasks
Main purpose
Lead the market entry and establishment of Kardex Mlog's Systems Business in the United States.
Own the P&L and drive the development of a sustainable and profitable sales pipeline, securing the first strategic customer projects and laying the foundation for long-term growth.
Define and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy by leveraging the existing Kardex AutoStore organization, building strong customer relationships, and establishing the initial local team and operational capabilities.
As a member of the leadership team, contribute to the overall growth strategy and international expansion of Kardex Mlog.

Education & Technical Expertise
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Logistics) with strong commercial and technical knowledge.
- Open to diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
Industry Experience & Network
- At least five years of management experience in the intralogistics sector.
- Possess a well-established industry network.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets through excellent negotiation skills, relationship-building, and a proven track record in closing deals.

- Extensive experience in leading teams, developing talent, and driving high team performance.
