Job Overview
The Sr. Program Manager will serve as the government's primary point of contact and provide technical and administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the program.  The successful candidate will manage the program scope, schedule and budget as well as all program documentation, and be the primary daily management interface for the customer unit-level supervisor. This individual will foster greater cross team standardization of processes, methodologies, task tracking and reporting functions in accordance with the contract, and Xpect policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes and policies to enhance project delivery
• Provide direct oversight to the delivery team
• Daily engagement with government customers
  • Understanding the customer's needs and goals
  • Aligning performance and customer expectations
  • Intercessor between Customer and Project Leads to ensure implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Ensure team’s work priorities and alignment with Division, Section & Unit initiatives
• Enforce change control policies and procedures
• Enforce Risk Management methodologies
• Track personnel work allocations (team-based) and coverage schedules with Project Leads
• Mitigate scope creep within release cycles – Epics, Stories, Tasks, and requirement popups that may occur during quarterly release cycles post-release planning.
• Maintain P&L goals for the project
• Ensure submission of quality deliverables in compliance with contractual obligations
• Maintain repository of all project deliverables

Requirements

• Fully adjudicated Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly
• Work on-site at the customer’s DC location up to 5 days a week
• 10 years of experience including at least 7 years of comparable management experience
• Experience with project planning and schedule development and maintenance
• Superb personal skills and the ability to establish and maintain multiple meaningful relationships with team members and the customer
• Experience with project planning and schedule development and maintenance
• Managing and maintaining Onboarding program/process

Preferred Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• PMP certification desired
• Experience leading DoJ projects
• Experience using Jira
