Description

At F5, we strive to bring a better digital world to life. Our teams empower organizations across the globe to create, secure, and run applications that enhance how we experience our evolving digital world. We are passionate about cybersecurity, from protecting consumers from fraud to enabling companies to focus on innovation.

Everything we do centers around people. That means we obsess over how to make the lives of our customers, and their customers, better. And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Go-to-Market Readiness Content Design Partner to shape how our global sales organization learns, adapts, and wins. You will blend expertise in adult learning principles with the cutting-edge capabilities of Generative AI, specifically Google Gemini. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex product strategies and actionable sales execution. By leveraging Gemini to accelerate the ideation, drafting, and localization of content, you will deliver high-impact modular learning including microlearning, interactive roleplays, and strategic battlecards at unprecedented speeds without sacrificing instructional integrity. If you are passionate about driving measurable business impact, reducing time-to-competency, and pioneering the future of AI-assisted learning design, this is the role for you.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop Multi-Modal Assets: Create highly engaging, modern learning assets including microlearning modules, interactive coaching scenarios, video scripts, pitch decks, and enablement kits that directly correlate with increased sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Supercharge Content Creation with AI (Gemini): Utilize Google Gemini to rapidly draft initial outlines, synthesize complex product documentation into digestible enablement, and personalize scenarios for different buyer personas and stages of the sale lifecycle.
  • Align with Business Goals: Collaborate with Worldwide Field Enablement, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and other stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and ensure all learning experiences are aligned with business priorities and strategic focus areas. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of sales performance data and feedback from the sales team.
  • Maintain Instructional Integrity: Rigorously apply adult learning theories to ensure that the speed enabled by AI is balanced with depth ground in adult learning principles. Ensure all AI-generated content is accurate, engaging, and instructionally sound before deployment.
  • Iterate and Optimize: Implements metrics and reporting frameworks to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using data-driven insights and feedback loops, adjusting content quickly to meet the evolving needs of the sales floor.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years in Instructional Design, Sales Enablement, or a highly related field, preferably within a fast-paced or B2B SaaS environment with working knowledge of adult learning frameworks including ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy and the ability to measure impact beyond completion rates, utilizing Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation (focusing on Level 3: Behavior and Level 4: Results).
  • AI Fluency: Proven experience demonstrating how you have successfully integrated AI tools like Google Gemini (and similar LLMs) into your workflow to increase efficiency.
  • Content & LMS Tech: Experience working with modern Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia).
  • Agile Execution: Ability to approach work, projects, or problem-solving with flexibility, speed, and continuous adaptability, managing multiple projects simultaneously and moving quickly from concept to delivery in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional Communication: Talent for translating dense, technical information into compelling, easy-to-understand sales narratives.
