Route Planner

The position is responsible for planning, optimizing, and managing transportation routes to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and effective delivery operations. It analyzes logistics data, monitors route performance, and coordinates with drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics teams to improve operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company standards and transportation requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

• Develop and optimize daily transportation and delivery routes to maximize efficiency and service levels.
• Monitor dispatch schedules, vehicle utilization, delivery performance, and transportation costs.
• Analyze traffic conditions, delivery patterns, and logistical requirements to improve route effectiveness.
• Adjust routes and schedules based on operational requirements, customer needs, and transportation constraints.
• Track key logistics metrics including delivery turnaround, fuel consumption, and route productivity.
• Prepare logistics reports and recommend continuous improvements to transportation operations and cost management.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• You must have at least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation planning, or supply chain operations.
• You must have knowledge of route optimization, transportation planning, and logistics operations.
• You must have experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• You must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• You must be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 5pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite – Sto. Tomas, Batangas (FPIP)
