Intern-Dose formulation
LabCorp is seeking an Intern-Dose formulation to join our team at in Shanghai, China
Internship Details:
- Duration: above 30 weeks, full-time/Onsite
- Dates of Internship: Oct 2026 – Jun 2027
- Compensation: Paid internship
- Eligibility: Final-year students who are expected to graduate in July 2027 are preferred.
However, students at all academic levels who are pursuing relevant fields of study are encouraged to apply.
About Team:
As a LabCorp dose formulation intern, you will have the opportunity to support meaningful and different studies. In addition to department work, we support your professional development and career exploration through program workshops, leadership speakers, employee resource group introductions, new hire panel discussions and small group ‘coffee chats’.
You will learn about the various assays and their applications which are essential for pre-clinical applications which have facilitated the discovery of new diagnostics and treatments to manage a wide array of diseases.
- Students will gain real-world experience working as part of a drug development team in the laboratory.
- Understands quality control testing, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
- The intern will be exposed to pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical aspects of the department workflow and the applications.
- Instruction and mentorship will be provided.
- At the end of training, the student will do a presentation to fulfill his/her understanding in the project assignment.
Internship Assignment Summary:
- This program will provide students with valuable hands-on experience and students will gain experience working in the laboratory of a drug development company.
- Attend laboratory modules linked to quality control management, pipetting skills and the various informatics labware.
- Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your soft skills and professional presence.
- Good Laboratory Practice.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree or above in chemistry or related scientific field
- 3 months or more experience using computer and office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to organize data and documents effectively.

- Good organization and multitasking ability.
- Able to communicate effectively with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Creative and self-motivated individuals who work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.
