Description
- Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
- Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, technical strategical and tactical solutions, process changes and functional requirements.
- Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, supports, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
- Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.
- Understanding of UOB Technical Architect and system
Education:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution or Banking Technology
Essential:
- Experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in system analysis or in core banking business within GenAI space
- Previous experience on Agentic AI solution, GenAI and well equip to understand Agent Pattern, type and Model Context Protocol
- Candidate must have fundamental understanding of Understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
- Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., into business processes
- Other good to have skill sets OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI and necessary workflows required to build Gen AI capability
- Design and implement scalable Gen AI architectures and solution using necessary tools
- Strong team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
- Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
