What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
- Assist with court reservations, lessons, and player check-ins.
- Process Pro Shop transactions and member charges.
- Assist with merchandise and maintain an organized Court Sports Shop.
- Support member communications and daily Court Sports operations.
- Assist with tennis and pickleball activities, events, and setup as needed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in front desk operations, reception, or guest services within a hospitality or club setting
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and software preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Tennis and/or pickleball knowledge preferred, but not required
