Supporting Quality Management Systems and auditsJob Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Quality Manager in the implementation and maintenance of management systems within the company.
- Reporting the performance of management systems to the Quality Manager and communicating potential areas for improvement.
- Planning and managing changes related to management systems.
- Preparing and presenting quality reports based on quality indicators within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
- Managing and updating Quality Certificates on Customer Portals
- Participating in cross-functional team activities to address and resolve quality issues.
- Preparing and maintaining Management System Handbooks and ensuring that they are kept up to date.
- Integration of Global Quality Management System (QMS) Documents to the plant QMS.
- Organizing product and process audits.
- Supporting team on Global Quality Process Audits (Q4)
- Planning system, process and product audits and managing corrective actions related to nonconformities identified during audits.
- Preparing audit plans and managing internal & external audits
- Lessons Learnt Management and Implementation
- Following and supporting to implement Customer Specific Requirements
Required Skills and Education
Qualifications
- Preferably graduated from a university’s Engineering department.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Management System in automotive industry
- High level of proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Good knowledge of management system standards.
- IATF 16949,
- ISO 14001,
- ISO 45001,
- ISO 50001
- ISO 27001.
- TISAX
- Experience with QDMS software
- Ability and experience on problem solving techniques
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and strong team-working skills.
- Systematic, disciplined and detail-oriented working approach.
- Open-minded, adaptable and receptive to changes and innovations.
- Ability to adopt and contribute to the company culture.
- Willingness and motivation to participate in trainings and activities that enhance professional knowledge and experience.
