Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive systematic implementation of Thinking 6 Sigma + 8D methodology as the standard problem-solving approach in TTI , champion a positive failure culture Build and sustain a T6S community within TTI Identify and lead advanced T6S initiatives in cross-functional environments Act a s lead
moderator for 8D and 5-Why problem-solving sessions across TTI , as well as facilitate
cross-functional problem-solving teams Support
management in identifying project ideas from strategic targets and scoping them into executable projects, acting as a consultant to management on quality and problem-solving matters Drive quality
management system continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to TTI's strategic quality roadmap and close identified gaps Consolidate
training need s at TTI and propose measures for T6S practitioners at various belt levels Travel
occasionally between sites to understand pain points and support implementation Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You will be the driver for systematic
problem-solving and quality excellence in our Test Technology & Innovation
(TTI) organization. You will promote critical quality leadership capacity and
enable TTI to fulfil its mandate to own Quality at Test. For this, you should
have experience moderating cross-functional problem-solving teams, as well as excellent
facilitation and moderation skills for workshops and problem-solving sessions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics,
Mathematics, Statistics , or related technical field 6+ years of
experience in semiconductors with knowledge in Test Equipment and, Test Development
and Operations Willingness to obtain or renew T6S Green Belt certification after hiring Strong
expertise in 8D methodology and root cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa, etc.), and experience with DMAIC project methodology Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Proven leadership in cross-functional environments without direct authority S trong communication and stakeholder management abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives Fluent English and German (written and spoken) – required for international collaboration, local
