Physician - Gastroenterologist
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Part-Time

OFFICE HOURS:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $500,000 to $550,000 Annual Income
- $350,000+ Base Salary, dependent on experience
- 55% of Collections

The practice operates 3 outpatient locations and will collaborate with the new physician to determine appropriate practice site(s).
COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened 20 years ago with a focus on the prevention and treatment of problems of the digestive tract. They treat diseases and disorders of the esophagus, stomach, intestines, colon, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas, as well as offer nutritional counseling and intervention. They use state-of-the-art technology in a compassionate, professional environment. They operate out of 3 conveniently-located outpatient sites and have a staff of 3 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will work in an outpatient setting, providing general gastroenterology services with the support of dedicated clinical and administrative assistants.
The services of the practice include, but are not limited to:
- consultations
- follow-up visits
- treatment of GI conditions
- colonoscopy
- capsule endoscopy
- upper endoscopy
- ERCP
- colon cancer screening
They see patients for such conditions as:
- GERD
- IBS
- hemorrhoids
- ulcerative colitis
- Crohn's disease
- pancreas disease
Physicians see an average of 25 patients per day; this number is adjusted based on type of appointment scheduled, patient needs, and provider preference. Ample support, resources, and assistants are always available to physicians.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Florida medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Gastroenterology
