You will do:
- Design and develop AI/ML capabilities for Ericsson products, including intelligent automation, operational analytics and GenAI-powered solutions.
- Apply AI to improve software engineering productivity through automation, knowledge management and developer-assistance solutions.
- Drive innovation from concept through deployment, transforming research ideas into production-ready capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership in AI/ML, influencing product strategy, architecture and technology direction.
- Collaborate with product management, architects and engineering teams to identify and realise AI-driven business opportunities.
You will bring:
- Experience 7 to 10 Years.
- Strong software engineering experience, preferably in Python and cloud-native environments.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and data-driven systems.
- Experience building scalable applications, APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and technical leadership skills.
Skill Competence Area:
- Statistical Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics
- Application of Generative AI and Agentic Systems
- Knowledge Management, Search and RAG
- Intelligent Automation and Developer Productivity
- Cloud-native Platforms and MLOps
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AI evaluation, safety and reliability techniques.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, cloud platforms and modern AI tooling.
- Knowledge of telecom networks, OSS/BSS or network management systems.
