What We’re Looking For:
A proactive and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor who ensures our guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You’ll lead a team of housekeeping professionals, coordinate daily operations, and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
In this role, you’ll inspect rooms, manage schedules, train team members, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What You’ll Do:
Supervise daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, turndown service, and public area upkeep
Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
Assign tasks and manage workload to meet operational needs
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally
Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members
Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and brand standards
Provide feedback and support career development opportunities
Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
Maintain accurate records of inspections, supplies, and performance metrics
Other Responsibilities:
Regularly lift up to 45 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk
Stand for extended periods during shifts
Regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include:
Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality required; supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and inventory management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
