Key Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Complete daily treatment documentation accurately and timely.
Implement physician-directed treatment plans and monitor resident progress.
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team.
Participate in patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings as appropriate.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
Report equipment concerns to ensure optimal safety and functionality.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and discharge recommendations.
Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
