Intercompany COE Manager

• Provide strategic leadership for Eaton's global Intercompany operations, driving standardization, governance, automation, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end intercompany ecosystem
• The role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, strengthening controls, and enabling scalable growth through process transformation and data-driven decision-making
• Lead a team of Intercompany professionals and team leaders, partner with global cross-functional stakeholders, and champion initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, accelerate issue resolution, and deliver sustainable business value aligned with Eaton's enterprise objectives.

## Qualifications:

Requirement:

• CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA
• >12+ years in finance with extensive experience in Intercompany processes

1\. Process Governance & Standardization

• Manage the execution of standardized Intercompany processes across regions and business segments.
• Ensure adherence to established process standards, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support the implementation and sustainment of global process improvement and standardization initiatives.

2\. Systems, Automation & Process Optimization

• Support the deployment and adoption of automation solutions and technology enhancements.
• Partner with IT, process owners, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve process effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent execution of intercompany processes across ERP systems and supporting platforms.

3\. Operational Excellence & Controls

• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor process accuracy and data quality through effective controls and operational reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements.

4\. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor and report KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
• Provide regular operational updates and performance insights to leadership.

5\. People Leadership & Capability Development

• Ensure effective workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement through Team Leads
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Drive succession planning, talent development and organizational readiness to support business growth

## Skills:

• Strong Intercompany system experience (SAP & Oracle ERP Knowledge (AR / AP / Interco / GL)
• Multi-national experience essential
• Communication, collaboration and cross functional skills, understanding of stakeholder requirements
