Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Manager - Quality to join our team! In this role you will get the opportunity to lead all quality activities under your projects/sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop processes and procedures for the various business activities based on ISO 9001 Standard.
- Provide quality training to internal and external stakeholders
- Manages project's NCRs
- Ensures Parsons and Client quality requirements are met
- Plan and execute internal and external quality audits
- Be the point of contact with internal and external entities regarding all quality related issues in the project/sector.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 15+ years of related work experience in the field of Quality, including 7+ years of experience in a management capacity.
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
- ASQ certification (CMQ/CQE.) or other related certifications/accreditation.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- High verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills, including presentation to executive management and large number of audiences
- Excellent proficiency in Micro Soft Office
