What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting • Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. • These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - P4 • Education • CA • CMA • MBA Finance • CPA
Roles and Responsibilities: • Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A • Experience on Period End Close • Business Development • Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights • Good understanding of Profit and Loss Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements • Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles • Experience developing financial reports and metrics • Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 • Ability to manage a team of 50 plus members • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business stakeholders • Excellent proficiency in MS Office • Experience managing and driving projects across the business • Change advocacy • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and CXO communities • Transformation mindset to drive continuous improvements • Experience working in a third party culture • Willingness to work in flexible and night shifts • Transition experience • Management of SLAs and KPIs
