Overview
The Opportunity
Main & Sky is entering an exciting new chapter. As we continue to evolve into a refreshed, luxury boutique property, we are building a team of experienced hospitality professionals who want to do more than simply operate a hotel. We are looking for individuals who are energized by transformation, excited to help establish a new identity, and motivated to elevate every detail of the guest and owner experience.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be one of the most visible ambassadors of our evolving brand. You will help define what exceptional service looks and feels like at the property, creating thoughtful, personalized experiences for guests and owners from pre-arrival through departure.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional who brings confidence, initiative, sound judgment, and a service-oriented heart. You will be encouraged to identify opportunities, solve problems creatively, and contribute ideas as we refine our service standards and bring the hotel’s new identity to life.
About CoralTree Hospitality
At CoralTree, we serve from the heart, always and in all ways. We strive to make a meaningful difference in every interaction because we believe genuine connection is what people value most. Our team members bring our values to life through performance, integrity, relationships, empowerment, innovation, and balanced life.
Together, we reimagine the guest experience, encourage creativity, and create signature moments that leave a lasting impression.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Deliver an Elevated Guest Experience
• Welcome guests and owners with warmth, confidence, and polished professionalism.
• Create a seamless and personalized arrival and departure experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and thoughtfully tailor service to individual preferences.
• Build genuine connections that make guests feel recognized, understood, and valued.
• Share informed recommendations about the property, its amenities, Park City, the resort, and the surrounding area.
• Look beyond the immediate request to identify opportunities to enhance each guest’s stay.
Take Ownership and Resolve Challenges
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Take ownership of issues from initial contact through resolution, coordinating with other departments when necessary.
• Use sound judgment and creativity to develop solutions that protect the guest experience and build loyalty.
• Follow up with guests to confirm that concerns have been fully addressed.
• Recognize recurring service challenges and recommend practical improvements.
Help Build Our New Brand Experience
• Participate actively in the rebranding and service-elevation process.
• Learn and consistently deliver evolving luxury service standards.
• Provide thoughtful feedback about guest preferences, operational opportunities, and service trends.
• Contribute ideas that strengthen the property’s new identity and distinguish the guest experience.
• Approach change with curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to help create new ways of working.
• Serve as a positive brand ambassador during the transition and beyond.
Support Strong Hotel Operations
• Complete check-in, check-out, reservation, payment, and guest-account processes accurately.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and current guest information.
• Communicate guest preferences, requests, and service-recovery details clearly to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, and leadership to create a coordinated guest experience.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining composure, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Help maintain a refined, welcoming, and guest-ready front desk and lobby environment.
• Follow hotel procedures related to guest privacy, safety, cash handling, keys, and confidential information.

• Confidence handling guest concerns and making thoughtful decisions within established guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working in a changing environment where new systems, standards, and service practices are being developed.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently and taking initiative.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Mindset That Will Help You Succeed
You may be a strong fit for this opportunity if you:
• Think like an owner and take personal responsibility for the quality of the guest experience.

• See feedback and change as opportunities to improve.
• Bring ideas forward respectfully and help turn them into practical action.
• Understand that luxury service is personal, intuitive, consistent, and genuine.
• Want to help build something meaningful, not simply step into an established routine.

Compensation
