Responsibilities:

• Actively greet and engage with our customers in the service areas and on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience.
• Support in the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience inclusive of folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising.
• Unload pallets, receive, open, and unpack merchandise and label merchandise with security tags within efficient timeline goals.
• Actively process, stock, and replenish items on sales floor and stock room.
• Assist customers on the register, report and handle all required transactions.
• Follow all procedures and routines regarding safety, security, and administrative processes in all areas of the store.
• Help to improve store sales.
• Provide information about products and answer questions.

Requirements

• Passionate for customer service
• A multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job
• A team player with a flexible approach
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (clothing, totes, etc.) for a short distance
• Ability and desire to cross-train
• Great communication skills
