The Opportunity
Join a growing Australian business in a highly collaborative Project Coordinator role where you'll help keep projects organised, on track, and moving forward. Working closely with Project Managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in coordinating activities, maintaining accurate project information, tracking procurement and delivery progress, and ensuring critical actions are completed on time.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project activities, milestones, and outstanding actions to help ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Maintain project records, trackers, reports, and documentation while ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support procurement and supplier coordination activities, including tracking orders, deliveries, and commitments.
- Organise project correspondence, approvals, drawings, and key documentation to improve visibility and accessibility.
- Identify potential delays, risks, or workflow bottlenecks early and escalate issues to support timely resolution.
Key Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, assistant project management, or a similar support role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Experience working within construction, engineering, manufacturing, fit-out, or project-based environments is highly regarded.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud-based project management or CRM platforms
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup (once a week RTO) thereafter
