What You'll do:

- Lead the technical delivery of complex .NET software projects;

- Own delivery quality, application performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability; 

- Provide technical leadership within a development squad, supporting architecture and design decisions;

- Guide developers through technical challenges, code quality improvements, and best practices; 

- Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers in their professional growth; 

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using AWS or Azure cloud platforms;

- Define, review, and evolve microservices architectures and software design patterns;

- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the design and implementation of critical features;

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans;

- Resolve technical blockers and support client issue resolution within agreed service levels; 

- Identify and manage technical debt, incorporating improvement initiatives into delivery roadmaps; 

- Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes;

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);

- Create and maintain technical documentation to support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and software development activities;

- Promote Agile and Scrum best practices across the engineering team;

- Work Model On-site.

Who You Are:

- You have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in software development;

- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with .NET and C#;

- You have previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Software Engineer, or as a senior developer acting as the technical reference for a team; 

- You have strong experience designing and delivering solutions on AWS or Azure;

- You have practical experience with microservices architecture and software design patterns;

- You have professional experience working with Docker and Kubernetes;

- You possess a solid understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and data privacy principles; 

- You have experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow, configuration management, deployment practices, and Infrastructure as Code; 

- You have worked successfully within Agile and Scrum development environments; 

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; 

- You are a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills; 

- You are an effective communicator who can collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; 

- You have a passion for technical excellence, continuous improvement, and mentoring others;

- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
