Description
The Opportunity:
As a Naval Program and Trial Specialist, you understand the complexities of supporting acquisition, acceptance trials, and deployment activities from concept to completion. That’s why we need you, a skilled program and trial specialist who can ensure mission success through careful analysis, hands-on trial support, and effective communication.
On our team, you will support critical Navy acquisition and test activities for Unmanned Surface Vessels. You will support and coordinate trial events that require frequent travel to shipyards within the continental United States. This role directly supports sea trials, including testing underway at sea and land-based support facilities for periods of up to ten days away from home station. Underway periods require personal protective equipment (PPE) to include hard hat, reflective vest, and steel toe boots.
You’ll leverage resources like MS Office, program management systems such as MS Project and Excel based tools, assess and document test results, and deliver senior-level briefs to government leadership. In this role, you will collaborate regularly with PAPMs, APMs, subject matter experts, INSURV, shipbuilders, trial teams, and acquisition stakeholders.
The real impact of this role comes from communication and disciplined execution, ensuring programs meet quality standards and trial events achieve their objectives. At Booz Allen, we recognize that continuous growth strengthens our team and our client support. Here, you’ll have the resources needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a mission that strengthens the future U.S. Navy. Work with us and help ensure the Navy accomplishes its mission through well-executed program oversight, acquisition rigor, and successful shipboard trial operations.
Join us. The world can't wait.

Experience with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
