We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to help shape the user experience of our hospital inventory management platform. This role will focus on designing intuitive, efficient, and engaging experiences across several products used by healthcare professionals in fast-paced clinical environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong UX fundamentals with excellent visual design skills and understands how to translate complex workflows into simple, user-centered experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design solutions that improve operational efficiency and support critical healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design user-centered experiences for a hospital inventory management platform across different products that align with product and business objectives.
Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Understand and simplify complex healthcare and inventory management workflows through thoughtful design.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Participate in user research and design validation activities.
Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and design standards.
Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and best-practice interaction patterns.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Stay current with UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, or a related field.
Approximately 2-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related role.
Strong understanding of UX principles, including:
User-centered design
Information architecture
User flows and journey mapping
Usability best practices
Accessibility fundamentals
Designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, spacing, color systems, and component-based design.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the role requires close collaboration with international teams and stakeholders
A portfolio demonstrating UX methodology, design thinking, and user interface design expertise
