Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Front-End Technical Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site. The successful candidate will possess strong Angular/.NET expertise, architectural vision, and technical leadership skills. This role involves defining and promoting development standards, supporting delivery teams, driving the lifecycle management of technologies, and contributing to the industrialization of solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, and will act as a coach and mentor to develop team skills, foster continuous learning, and support the evolution of development practices and technical maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and promote development standards and architectural guidelines.
- Support delivery teams and drive technology lifecycle management.
- Act as a coach and mentor for team members.
- Contribute to the industrialization of solutions.
- Present architectural decisions to governance boards.
- Facilitate communities of practice and mentor developers.
- Drive technology adoption and organizational change.
- Translate business and functional requirements into sustainable technical architectures.
- Produce architecture documentation, technical recommendations, and implementation guidelines.
- Assess impacts, risks, and dependencies of technology changes.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Personal Skills:
- Strong technical leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Business Experience:
- Experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Engineer in a complex enterprise environment (2-5 years).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade web applications.
- Technical Experience:
- Expert knowledge of Angular and modern Front-End development practices (2-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of .NET /.NET Core ecosystems (2-5 years).
- Experience defining reusable components, patterns, frameworks, and development standards (2-5 years).
- Strong understanding of Web Security standards and secure development practices (2-5 years).
- Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of web applications (2-5 years).
- Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML) (2-5 years).
- Functional Experience:
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into sustainable technical architectures (2-5 years).
- Experience producing architecture documentation, technical recommendations, and implementation guidelines (2-5 years).
- Experience assessing impacts, risks, and dependencies of technology changes (2-5 years).
