Your Team:
The Digital and Enterprise Technology team are to deliver compelling experiences through digital engagement platforms that support our customer centric digital strategy, driving growth, leading in innovation and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities:
Be the primary go-to contact for Salesforce support across the business and Salesforce delivery team.
Triage, investigate and resolve Salesforce issues, escalating to engineers, vendors or support teams where required.
Manage Salesforce release activities including planning, deployment coordination, regression support, release communications and post-release validation.
Support Copado release processes, metadata validation, deployment readiness and change governance.
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards and list views.
Manage Salesforce users, personas, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing access and field-level security.
Partner with business users to understand issues, clarify requirements and translate needs into practical Salesforce changes.
Support connected platforms including Temenos Journey Manager / Avoka, DocuSign, OwnBackup and archive-related services.
Maintain platform hygiene, data quality, access controls and operational documentation.
Support UAT, regression testing, sandbox refreshes, QA validation and release readiness activities.
Create and maintain release notes, user guides, support documentation and knowledge articles.
Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities to simplify support and improve user experience.
Your experience and qualifications
Must have:
3-5 years’ hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment.
Strong Salesforce administration knowledge across users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, field-level security, record types and page layouts.
Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards and list views.
Experience supporting Salesforce release management, deployment coordination, testing and post-release validation.
Working knowledge of Copado or similar DevOps / release management tools.
Strong production support skills, including issue triage, root cause analysis, incident management and stakeholder
communication.
Experience managing user access, personas and business-role-based permissions.
Ability to engage confidently with business users and explain Salesforce behaviour clearly.
Good understanding of data quality, platform hygiene, privacy-aware data handling and governance controls.
Experience creating release notes, support guides, user documentation and knowledge articles.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Nice to have:
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics or Tableau.
Experience supporting Salesforce in financial services or a regulated enterprise environment.
Exposure to Temenos Journey Manager / Avoka, DocuSign, OwnBackup, archive solutions or other Salesforce- connected platforms.
Understanding of Salesforce integrations, API-based data flows and common troubleshooting patterns.
Experience supporting sandbox refreshes, environment readiness and operational release planning.
Experience coordinating with vendors or Salesforce support for platform issues and escalations.
Exposure to Einstein, Agentforce or automation-assisted Salesforce support capabilities.
