About This Role
This role will support Clinic Ops function, mainly on hospitality management at the branch while also owning how marketing programmes are executed there. You will inform and offer the running programmes to the customers they are meant for, help those customers complete the purchase, record every offer and sale on the dashboard provided, and report the revenue each programme generates.
For example, when a Medical Check-Up (MCU) discount programme is live, you are expected to raise it with the relevant customers, make the offer, walk them through the purchase, and log the result on the daily dashboard the same day.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Programme Execution at the Branch
Understand the mechanics, period, target customers, benefits, pricing, and terms & conditions of every running marketing programme
Attend the programme briefing or training before the programme goes live at the branch
Offering & Programme Sales
Inform and offer marketing programmes to the right customers at registration, while waiting for service, or at payment
Explain benefits, pricing, mechanics, and terms clearly, accurately, and without misleading the customer
Help customers through the purchase or redemption process according to the applicable procedure
Up-sell or cross-sell only where relevant and never pushily, and never give a diagnosis or medical recommendation beyond the authority of Customer Service Team
Dashboard & Daily Sales Tracking
Complete the dashboard provided by the Sales & Marketing Manager fully, accurately, and on time
Record how many customers were offered the programme, how many purchased, and the revenue generated
Make sure what is recorded matches the actual transactions
Note why a customer declined whenever that feedback is available and relevant
Customer Reception & Service
Welcome and assist customers in line with the Modernvet service standard
Support registration, appointments, customer flow, payment, and other administrative needs per the Clinic Ops SOP
Keep communication friendly, professional, responsive, and customer-oriented throughout the offer
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Raise execution issues with the Sales & Marketing Manager or the Marketing team
Feed observations from the floor back as input for the next iteration of the programme
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, Communication, Hospitality, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, front office, business development, retail, hospitality, or healthcare
- Communicative and persuasive — able to explain a product or programme clearly and accurately without overselling it; strong Bahasa Indonesia
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for daily recording and reporting
- Used to handling complaints and holding the service standard at the front office
- Target-oriented, detail-minded, customer-centric, hands-on, data-driven, quick on your feet, and comfortable coordinating across functions
Nice to Have
- Experience in an aesthetics clinic, premium service, beauty/wellness, hospitality, or another customer-facing business
- Experience leading a team
- Working English
- Comfortable presenting to both the team and customers
- A genuine liking for animals and an understanding of how pet owners think
