About the team:
The team is dedicated to managing Walmart’s shopping cart retrieval and recovery programs, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with city regulations. They collaborate closely with stores, market leadership, vendors, Asset Protection, and city officials to coordinate asset management and minimize losses. The team focuses on monitoring performance, resolving escalations, supporting regulatory efforts, and driving continuous improvements. By managing cross-functional projects and maintaining clear communication, the team ensures high service levels and effective support across the enterprise, contributing to seamless operations and enhanced customer experience nationwide.
What you'll do:

• Coordinate project activities by collaborating with offsite warehouse and store operations associates to ensure timely processing and installation of fixtures and displays.
• Manage remodeling workflows by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety protocols.
• Provide customer service by identifying needs, resolving concerns, and supporting purchasing decisions within remodeled areas.
• Communicate project status, phasing plans, and expectations to stakeholders, fostering effective teamwork and alignment.
• Develop and implement process improvements by analyzing data and feedback to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support teams through coaching, feedback, and resource sharing to achieve quality results and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
