Key Responsibilities
1.Incentive Compensation Configuration & Functional Management
Configure and migrate core OIC entities: compensation plans, plan components, performance measures, credit/earnings rules, rate tables, payment plans, and participant assignments.
Audit and validate existing Page Composer and Express Design Studio customizations, re-implementing valid rules into VBS Express Mode or Business Rules.
Ensure backward compatibility and seamless data processing between classic back-end calculation engines and new Redwood administrator/payee views.
2. Redwood Migration & Architecture Strategy
Lead end-to-end strategy, discovery, design, and execution for transitioning Classic OIC configurations and personalizations to the Redwood Experience.
Utilize Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and the Redwood Personalization Helper Tool to analyze, convert, and rebuild custom UI layouts, dynamic forms, and page rules.
Optimize compensation processes by leveraging new Redwood features, including guided plan component creation, embedded Generative AI documentation, and modernized rate table flows.
3. Integration, Analytics & Testing
Validate end-to-end integration flows between OIC, Sales (Opportunity/Account/Lead), ERP, Subscription Management, and Payroll systems.
Update OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) dashboards and deep links for credits, earnings, and participant paysheets to ensure full alignment with Redwood standards.
Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across pilot and production environments.
4. Stakeholder Management & Change Management
Partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and Compensation Administrators to minimize operational friction during rollout.
Conduct playback sessions, end-user training, and post-migration hypercare for payees, managers, and plan administrators.
Monitor Oracle quarterly release notes (e.g., 25A/25B/25C up
dates) to stay ahead of deprecation timelines and rollout strategy changes
