RegularKidsCare by Babilou Family is a leading early childhood education provider in Luxembourg, with more than 50 creches and after-school club across the country and more than 400 professionals dedicated to supporting children and families every day.
We welcome children from 2 months to 12 years old in safe, stimulating and nurturing environments, based on our Éducation Durable® educational approach. Inspired by neuroscience, this approach supports children’s holistic development through language, creativity, sensory exploration and discovery of the world around them.
Your responsibilities :
- You support the Manager in the day-to-day management of the centre and contribute to its smooth running.
- You support the team in its daily activities, in line with the educational project and the Group’s values.
- You welcome children and their families with care and kindness, helping to build lasting relationships based on trust.
- You ensure children’s physical, emotional and psychological safety, while respecting their individual pace and supporting their development.
- You help create a stimulating, inclusive and safe environment that encourages children’s independence, curiosity and development.
- You contribute to the implementation of the educational project and to maintaining high-quality professional practices within the centre.
- You help ensure compliance with internal procedures, health, hygiene and safety protocols, as well as applicable regulations.
- You contribute to the operational organisation of the centre and support the administrative activities of the structure.
- You promote communication, knowledge sharing and collaboration between team members and internal stakeholders.
- You embody Kidscare’s values and contribute to providing high-quality care to children, families and colleagues.
Your profile :
- You hold a qualification allowing you to work as an educator in Luxembourg (State Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Educator, Specialised Educator, Belgian A1/A2 Educator qualification, Master MEEF, Belgian Childcare qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification).
- You have proven experience in early childhood education; previous experience in team coordination or support is an asset.
- You are fluent in French; English and any other language are considered an asset.
- You have a good understanding of young children’s development and the regulatory requirements applicable to the sector.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and are able to support, motivate and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- You are organised, rigorous and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You are caring, have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to build trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- You are proactive, adaptable and motivated to contribute to the development of the centre and the quality of care provided.
