Support the delivery and continuous improvement of global financial planning processes for assigned markets and regions, ensuring planning activities are executed accurately, consistently, and in line with global standards.
Partner with Finance and market stakeholders to support planning cycles, process improvements, and the adoption of global planning capabilities.
Deliver financial planning processes for assigned markets and regions, ensuring adherence to governance standards, planning calendars, and process requirements.
Support planning process improvements, systems enhancements, and transformation initiatives through analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement. Produce planning analysis, KPI reporting, and process documentation to support governance and business decision-making.
Resolve planning queries and collaborate with stakeholders to improve process effectiveness and user experience.

About you
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Finance, preferably within FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or business analysis.
Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
Strong analytical approach with excellent problem-solving abilities and careful attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial planning, reporting, and analytical tools such as SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Confident communicator with strong partner management skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across Finance and business teams.
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement approach with a passion for simplifying processes and driving operational excellence.
Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional and international teams.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
