Job Details
This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.
We are seeking a QA Specialist to support the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within a pharmaceutical 3PL environment. The successful candidate will help ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with applicable GDP/GMP standards, internal procedures, customer requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations.
The Purpose of the Role is to ensure that pharmaceutical logistics and related services are performed in compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards, while promoting continuous improvement and quality awareness across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, perform, and report internal audits of systems and processes
Support and coordinate external audits by customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities
Conduct or support supplier audits and follow up on audit findings.
Monitor non-conformances, complaints, CAPAs, and improvement actions
Identify quality risks and support the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
Maintain and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and the quality manual
Support document control and the management of quality records and data in relevant systems
Provide quality-related advice to operational departments and support process improvements
Develop or deliver training materials to promote quality awareness and compliance
Communicate quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the organization
Represent QA in contacts with customers, suppliers, auditors, and regulatory bodies, as required

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level through experience, preferably in pharmacy, life sciences, quality, or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics, or 3PL sector
Experience with process automation or data management using current automation tools, such as Power BI, is required
Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and applicable pharmaceutical quality standards
Experience with audits, deviations, CAPA, document control, and quality systems is preferred
Experience working with computerized systems within a regulated environment is preferred
Experience in preparing and delivering training programs is preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented
A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is required
Basic knowledge of the Dutch language and effective communication skills in Dutch are preferred
