The Boeing CompanyBoeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team in Edwards AFB, CA.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Lead the development, coordination, and execution of project and program plans to meet defined objectives
Collaborate with U.S. Air Force and internal stakeholders to ensure project plans align with contractual requirements and operational needs
Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM), responsible for establishing and maintaining control account baselines including budget, schedule, and technical scope
Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and support proposal activities as required
Track and analyze key performance metrics; perform cost, schedule, and technical variance analyses
Provide timely and transparent communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive timely execution and effective resource allocation
Participate in project reviews and internal/external audits to ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Active US Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance
3+ years of experience in Project Management of the United States Government (USG), Aerospace and/or Department of Defense (DoD) projects
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in a role that required strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months
Project management experience with the U.S. Air Force
