As a Manager, you will oversee the quality management practices, ensuring compliance with CARF standards and best practices. You will work collaboratively with the leadership team to enhance service delivery and promote positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an environment where clients, referral sources, and personnel are treated with dignity and respect.
- Provide supervision and support to enhance team productivity and quality service delivery.
- Ensure programs operate with a sense of urgency, adhering to best practice time frames for service delivery.
- Monitor client outcomes and satisfaction, ensuring services meet or exceed established benchmarks.
- Conduct field observations and review service documentation for quality and thoroughness.
- Maintain timely and accurate client information in the database throughout the duration of services.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing training for team members.
- Oversee the acceptance of referrals and coordinate team member assignments.
- Monitor financial performance, including billing and reimbursement documentation.
- Participate in networking and marketing activities to promote services and develop partnerships.
- Provide direct services to consumers as needed, including carrying a caseload.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required; an associate’s or bachelor's degree in an applicable field such as human resources or social services from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in a leadership role providing employment, personnel, social services, or other applicable experience is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and proficient computer knowledge (Word, Excel, internet platforms).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of supporting individuals with disabilities and barriers to employment.
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
- Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
