Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inland trucking and rail daily operations to/from Ukraine to ensure growth, profitability, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and optimize transport routes (truck, rail) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, considering traffic, weather and operational risks.
  • Supervise end to end freight order management, from booking to final dispatch, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
  • Monitor shipment status proactively throughout its lifecycle, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of inland operations; analyze shipment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with customers regarding shipment status, delays, or disruptions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers and internal teams.
  • Drive effective vendor performance management through regular reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Contribute to business development and process innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement in inland logistics.
  • Manage escalations and complaints during transportation, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure swift resolution.

We are looking for:

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inland transportation, logistics operations or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of transport planning, freight order management, and vendor coordination across multiple transport modes (truck, rail).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret operational data and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Proactive, structured, and customer-focused mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Intermediate in English both written and spoken.
  • Proficient at MS Office programs.
