We are currently seeking a driven, goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our expansion across the Polish market.
Role Summary & Core Responsibilities
In this position, you will act as a main driver of business growth by identifying high-potential prospects and building our pipeline in Polish-speaking markets through proactive, high-volume outbound prospecting.
Key Tasks:
- Outbound Sales Execution: Conduct 60 to 70 cold calls daily to key decision-makers at targeted e-commerce businesses.
- Prospecting & Mapping: Pinpoint, map out, and engage potential SMB and mid-market accounts across Poland.
- Consultative Outreach: Connect with potential customers, identify their core operational challenges, and present our search tools as the ideal solution.
- Lead Qualification: Efficiently qualify leads and arrange confirmed discovery meetings for our Account Executives.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Execute structured outreach campaigns using cold calling, customized email sequences, and active LinkedIn networking.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Cold Calling Experience: Demonstrable track record in high-volume cold calling and B2B telephone sales.
- Target Achievement: Proven history of consistently meeting daily call volume requirements and monthly meeting quotas.
- Core Sales Skills: Exceptional resilience, strong active listening, effective objection handling, and compelling phone presence.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using modern sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales engagement systems).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, digital marketing software, e-commerce ecosystems, or site search tools.
- Work Background: Previous experience in fast-paced outbound sales roles or high-growth tech environments.
Language Capabilities:
- Fluent Polish: Vital for engaging prospects and building trust within the Polish market.
- Professional English or Spanish: Required for internal team communication and company-wide collaboration.
Location, Hours & Onboarding
- Work Model: 100% In-Office — This role is strictly based at our office in Madrid. Please note that no relocation package or financial assistance is available; candidates must already live in Madrid or relocate at their own expense.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00; Friday: 09:00–15:00.
- Training Period: A comprehensive 4-week onboarding program during your first month to get you fully up to speed on our software, messaging, and internal systems.
Compensation & Performance Incentives
We offer an attractive, results-driven compensation structure that heavily rewards top performers:
- Base Salary: €30,000 gross annually.
- Uncapped Monthly Variable Pay: €600 baseline target with aggressive performance escalators:
- Hit 80% of quota: 1.3x multiplier
- Hit 100% of quota: 2.0x multiplier (€1,200 payout)
- Hit 150% of quota: 3.0x multiplier (€1,800 payout)
- Quarterly Bonus: Exceed an average 150% quota attainment across a quarter to unlock the 3.0x multiplier retroactively across all three months.
