Senior Account Manager (Hybrid)

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Maintains and fosters positive relationships by identifying, understanding, qualifying, tracking, and prioritizing business opportunities; coordinating with support teams; developing market strategies; and managing the client relationship process while focused on multiple strategic industries. Engages the client with the best construction experience through better understanding of their business processes and aligning our business functions to lead them in achieving their goals. Networks and builds Blattner’s brand and client relationships at trade shows, conferences, and additional client engagement functions and follows-up on initial project leads.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

• Serves as a liaison and lead point of contact between Blattner and clients through client relationship management including end to end engagement with each client.
• Meets with key clients on a regular basis to develop an understanding of their goals, needs, and concerns to identify and grow future opportunities.
• Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing business clients and other decision makers within the Renewable Energy market. 
• Implements knowledge, networks, and experiences to develop mutually advantageous opportunities for our company and our clients alike.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area required; or an equivalent combination of education and business-related work experience in a client service position.
• Five or more years of direct client account management experience required. Experience in the construction industry preferred.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.

 

$100,561.00 - $145,814.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
