Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Digital Learning Associate to join our Learning & Development team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing our digital learning ecosystem to ensure seamless growth for our global workforce. Working alongside L&D experts and external vendors, your day-to-day focus on platform administration and data integrity will directly empower employees to build critical skills. Here, your technical curiosity and eye for detail will help elevate our learning technology while launching your career in HR systems.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:
Administer digital learning platforms: Maintain system availability, user accounts, access controls, and overall performance for an optimal user experience.
Manage platform data and content: Oversee course configuration, pathways, and deployment while ensuring strict data accuracy and compliance.
Execute quality assurance and testing: Perform QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, new features, and integrations.
Resolve technical issues: Provide user support, troubleshoot system errors, and coordinate with vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
Drive continuous improvement: Maintain clear system documentation and identify opportunities to streamline or automate digital learning processes.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:
Foundational experience in administration, operations, HR, customer support, or a technology-related environment (via employment, internships, or university projects).
Strong digital literacy and high comfort learning new software systems and workplace applications.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
A diploma or degree in Business, HR, IT, Education, or equivalent practical experience and a drive to grow in Learning & Development.
