Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly across various systems and applications. The role requires continuous enhancement of existing solutions to meet evolving business requirements, while employing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient software delivery is a key aspect, alongside troubleshooting and refining software to optimize performance and reliability within dynamic project environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration tools.
- Ability to develop and manage APIs to facilitate seamless communication between diverse software systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern frameworks to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
