The Role
Are you passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences through rewards, benefits, and recognition programs?
We're looking for a motivated Reward Partner to join our People & Capability team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll lead and continuously improve our employee benefits and recognition programs, helping shape how we attract, engage, and retain our people.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll deliver meaningful initiatives that enhance employee experience through recognition and engagement, while ensuring our rewards offering remains competitive, relevant and aligned with business objectives. Using data-driven insights and a continuous improvement mindset, you'll help create a positive and rewarding employee experience across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Lead and continuously improve employee benefits programs and vendor partnerships
Manage and optimise our employee recognition platform and initiatives
Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional reward and recognition experience
Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that increase awareness, understanding and utilisation of employee benefits, reward and recognition programs
Provide meaningful reporting, insights and analytics to support business decisions
Support the People Centre of Excellence in the delivery of strategic people initiatives and projects, applying strong project management disciplines to achieve successful outcomes
Drive continuous improvement through technology, automation and best-practice processes
About you
Experience in Rewards, Benefits, Recognition or People & Capability environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A continuous improvement mindset and passion for enhancing employee experiences
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
